Our Perhimpunan Keluarga (aka camping) this year will be held at Ashworth Valley Campsite. The annual Perhimpunan Keluarga is a key factor in bonding the friendship amongst our members. As in the past, we are proud to inform that this year's Perhimpunan Keluarga will be also attended by many non-Malays. This proves that the resident Malay community is not an isolated community but is increasingly playing a bigger role in the British community.

Perhimpunan Keluarga is a very important event for Melayu UK members. It is an event for the young and not so young, an event where new friendship is made and old friendship is strengthened, an event for recreation and for intellectual discourse.

The number of second and third generation Malays in our community has increased steadily over the years. This year's Perhimpunan Keluarga will focus on pro-active role of the Malays in the Britain.

This year we have booked 1 building with basic indoor accommodation and an area for camping. As there will be limited indoor accommodation, participants are requested to bring their own tents.

ITEMS FOR SALE
We will provide an area where participants wishing to sell items (non-foods) can display their products. To ease planning, please let us know in advance any products that you intend to sell. There will be no charge for the facility.

Entrance fee to the fete only is £6.00 (or £3.00 for children)
£1.00 – goes to the scout camp
£5.00 – you get back as coupons which you can spend any way you like, at the fete
